pasting new layers neatly in top left - Jeff Junior - 11-18-2018 For years when I pasted something as a new layer it went into my image neatly in the upper left-hand corner. I upgraded to a 2.10.6 and now I can't figure out how to paste a new layer in that corner; it either goes into the middle or into the original position. Any advice as to how can I get my new layers happily lined up in the top left when I add them to the image? RE: pasting new layers neatly in top left - Ofnuts - 11-19-2018 See Edit>Paste as new layer. You must have changed the shortcut in 2.8 because the standard behavior has always been to paste centered in the selection (which means, if you just copied that selection, that the copy is exactly above the source). |
