Is there an installer for the help manual for version 2.10.12?
I'm running under Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

I am wrong. There are now Windows Help installers (as of 7 July) for various languages see:

An update: Looks like the devs have the built-in browser for Windows Help fixed.
Now working with Gimp 2.10.12 installed using gimp-2.10.12-setup-2.exe The default download at time of writing.
Help files download from https://download.gimp.org/mirror/pub/gimp/help/windows/2.10/
Run the file to install. Check that it is there in Edit -> Preferences -> Help System

Many thanks! I have both the standard Gimp 2.10.12 and Partha's version. I'll let Partha know his version doesn't recognize the locally installed help file.
The version from Gimp.org works fine.
