Just curious if there were any plugins out there that offered bit depths in the ranges of 2-7 bits per pixel? I'm looking to export an 8bpp indexed bitmap to lower levels. Obviously this isn't used nowadays, but it's for an old game project.

Why would you need a plugin? You can just color-index the image with a small palette.
