New Install Problem w/Cursor - Dawter - 05-14-2020
I've been using an old Gimp for ages and just upgraded to 2.10.18.
My cursor will close out things but will not allow me to click on for example, When I'm in Preferences and I chose which theme I want it lets me do that. But when I click on "OK" to save it, it does nothing. It lets me X out and close things but won't allow me to save my preferences.
Any idea as to why? Thank you.

That might be the problem. Gimp 2.10 will try and migrate plugins and settings to the new Gimp profile. Are you using a 32 bit Windows? That can be an issue (although the latest Gimp 2.10.18 does now work with 32 bit windows)
Can you try a reinstall using the procedure outlined here. Might work
