tools are locked - Gman.Factor5 - 05-23-2020
I just installed GIMP 2.10 on my Mac (OS 10.13.6 High Sierra) and cannot use the tools as they are locked and won't unlock.
HELP!!!!

Plenty of reasons for the tools to appear disabled. See https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-When-suddenly-nothing-works-anymore
Otherwise, attach a screenshot of the whole UI (including title bar).
