Keyboard Shortcuts: Layer Opacity - Wilson Newman - 08-04-2020
Hello,
In using dialog "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts" it seems that the "Layers" shortcuts are possibly not working correctly. Or they could be working for other people, but are not for me.
It seems that no matter which shortcut I try to set and use...
layers-opacity-opaque
layers-opacity-transparent
layers-opacity-increase
layers-opacity-decrease
... the end result is always the same. The opacity is set to maximum 100%.
If others can replicate this issue then I guess this is a bug report.

Say fixed for Gimp 2.10.20 ?? - Yes checked it seems to work
