How did I do this (I was just filling boring time with gimp):
Used plugin to get the original text : http://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18754&hilit=lizard
Used the plugin : File/Create/Logos/Lizard-breath
Just changed : Font Size : 300 / Scale Size : 5 / Thickness Text Edge : 1 (could change the colors, but I did it like this)
To remove the yellow lines : Select/By ColourÂ
Colors/Hue-Saturation (use Hue to change the color to blue)
Filters/Artistic/Cubism (Tile size : 3)
New layer (New from Visible)
Used on that layer : colourise, curves and blending modes to get the result
