Mask on face in a photo - rapattack - 07-03-2017 Sorry i dont know how to technically ask but i am wanting to put some type of layer or mask on the face of someone on a photo that is so they are barely seen. I dont know what that is called. Work on a copy of the photo, not the original 2. Use either the rectangle or ellipse selection tools and make a selection around the face. 3. Filters > Blur > Pixelise. Play with the strength to get the effect you want. Or you could use Gaussian Blur instead of Pixelise for a different effect. There are other methods (eg swirling).
