Paste an image into specific shape - Giffin - 11-18-2020 Hi Everyone, I'm looking to take a picture of a flag and paste it into a specific area of another photo. So I have two pictures: One of the flag and the second one of a tractor in a field. The tractor has two large wheels. I'm trying to take the entire flag and paste it into each whee seamlessly. The flag will be a bit distorted as it takes the shape of the wheels, but that's okay. Is there an easy way to do this? Can anyone provide the steps? Thank you Giffin RE: Paste an image into specific shape - rich2005 - 11-19-2020 Quote:..'m trying to take the entire flag and paste it into each whee seamlessly. I did not use the whole wheel, maybe that is what you really wanted, However got this: [attachment=5205] It is all use of basic gimp tools; Split it up into sections. 01 https://youtu.be/tTpPFFveTfM Add a layer mask 02 https://youtu.be/7zRd1OM6Cl8 Adding the flags 03 https://youtu.be/sTN4Y_prjoY A bit of shape using a bump map.
