Unable to close a path on Mac OS - fricciardi - 02-08-2021 thanks for any help, I have been at this for days looking for an answer. I cant close a path on Mac OS Gimp 2.10. COMMAND click just brings up the right click menu. How do you close a path so you can stroke it on Mac OS? TIA F RE: Unable to close a path on Mac OS - rich2005 - 02-08-2021 Can you click the 'Edit' radio button in the paths tool options ? That should allow you to close the path. (unless it is yet another of the bigsur bugs) [attachment=5580] RE: Unable to close a path on Mac OS - fricciardi - 02-09-2021 Thanks for taking the time to assist. No, clicking Edit still leaves me in the same boat. If I set the toggle to "edit" and hold Command, any click is a right click which brings up the context menu. There is no way to close the path Frank RE: Unable to close a path on Mac OS - rich2005 - 02-09-2021 That is a shame. Pulled out an old macos virtual machine + an old Gimp 2.10 FWIW - see https://i.imgur.com/AdWRTWt.mp4 about 30 second demo ![]() So it could be the macOS or the version of Gimp or something else. Not many Mac users here, I use linux and only fire up that VM for problems such as yours. If it is Gimp 2.10.22 you can report it as a bug https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues RE: Unable to close a path on Mac OS - fricciardi - 02-10-2021 Thanks I'll do that. |
