Maybe someone can, not me Looking at your reference, you possibly want to start with the InsaneBump plugin http://registry.gimp.org/node/28638 looks like this http://i.imgur.com/muvJpIS.jpg Regular Bump Maps, a standard Filters -> Map -> Bump Map Making seamless is a bit of an art but resynthesizer is the starting point. some binaries here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/gwc928wmwti30g3/resynth_win_32_64.zip Dependency problems for this with my linux but might be worth a look for Win users.
