No french in 2.10.24 - jam75 - 04-07-2021
Hi,
the 'system' (Ubuntu 18.04) invited me to update some applications, among which was GIMP.
GIMP is now in 2.10.24, but I cannot succeed to get it in french, like up to now.

There is not any specific help for 2.10.
Linux: the Bunzip2 tarball gimp-help-2.10.0.tar.bz2 178M is available since 2020-03-19 if you scroll the Gimp.org download mirror.
It regroups all languages including French:
- /gimp-help-2.10.0/gimp-help-2.10.0/po/fr
- /gimp-help-2.10.0/gimp-help-2.10.0/images/fr
Windows: French help could be installed using the setup gimp-help-2.10.0-fr-setup.exe 2020-03-19 41M

S/He does not speak about having the GIMP's help in French, but it seems to be about the user interface, also s/he is on Linux
