Can't click and drag layers - Yanny - 05-20-2021 I don't know if I'm missing something insanely obvious like a checkbox, but I can't use my mouse to move things around in the layers box. Wouldn't be a problem but it means I can't add things to a layer group. Answer will inevitably make me feel stupid but I cannot figure it out. RE: Can't click and drag layers - rich2005 - 05-20-2021 I recall similar posts. Are you using a 4K monitor / display ? It seems that can affect click-n-drag tabs and layers. It seems that can affect click-n-drag tabs and layers.I'm running two 1080p monitors RE: Can't click and drag layers - rich2005 - 05-20-2021 Two 1920 x 1080 ? A quick search and several problems with dual monitors but nothing about it affecting the layers dialogue. Is it working normally with one monitor ? I only use a single monitor setup so no way to try-out. You could report as a bug. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues RE: Can't click and drag layers - Yanny - 05-20-2021 (05-20-2021, 11:44 AM)rich2005 Wrote: Two 1920 x 1080 ? Obviously still annoying but at least I can move stuff around again. I'll report it! Cheers for the help. RE: Can't click and drag layers - rich2005 - 05-20-2021 I was looking at possible work a-rounds and it is possible to Edit -> Cut (ctrl-x) a layer and paste in just above the active layer. Edit -> Paste-as -> New Layer (no hot-key set by default) . |
