How can I please fill a circle drawn with brush or calligraphy ?

It can depend on the layer the circle is drawn, solid colour / transparent / mixed colours.  You can give details.

If it is solid or transparent layer try the bucket fill tool using the  "Fill by line art detection" option. That avoids leaving border pixels.
