Are there any, or any plans to add Neural filters to Gimp, perhaps Gimp 3.0

Neural filters for what? They are a tool, not an end. There are ML-based filters for Gimp. So far I'm only moderately impressed.

Yes, I know they are a tool. I don't have the latest development version of Gimp so was being lazy in asking the question. I am hoping that Gimp will incorporate AI-based tools such as are in use by PS (some of them are quite good!), and was wondering if there was something in the pipeline. The tools that I am particularly interested in are the facial expression ones and the AI-based texturing tools.
