[attachment=7622]I made the attached picture in gimp with 2 clicks with some portrait option, but now i can not find it.

I do not think you can do that in Gimp in 2 clicks.
A coloured subject and desaturated background can be made using a layer mask

For two clicks there is a program called tintii
