Closing a path to another path - PeterP - 03-20-2022
This is a newbie question !
How do i close a second path to another one without reactivating the the first one.

I do not really understand the question.
Do you have two separate paths and you want to join them together ? (1)
Are the two paths separate , and you want to combine them ? or join together ? (2)

Your last node/control point of the active path is selected, go over the last node/control point of the over path you want to joint, Hit the Ctrl key you will see a double "ring" looking like the "infinite character" ∞ , then just click, the two path will be joined
if your path are on a different "layer" in the path tab, you will need to merge them (right click > merge visible paths)
