Hello,
I recently discovered a program, called PixageFX, which can convert images to pixel art. As the image is converted, all the lines in it are straightened as shown in the links below.

You can also check the program on Steam.
The program has to be purchased. I was wondering if there is a plug-in that can straighten lines in an image like that?

I saw your post on pixls.us As far as I know there is no comparable plugin for the effect given by the web site.
With a bit of scaling down and back up, Indexed mode / Interpolation NONE I can get this. Original image 600 x 600 pix

Stuck in the procedure is the GEGL pixelise filter which makes plugin creation difficult.
