So is it plasma using a specific d-map ? It looks a bit like a rorschach test. I can almost see a face in the middle Is that you ofnuts ? On your image: 1) Layer>Shred layer and give a spacing equal to the width of the strips, and ask for transparency fill. You get a new image with evenly spaced strips. 2) Duplicate the strips layer, flip it, and shift it by one strip width so that the copy now fills the transparency 3) Image>Fit canvas to layers, and merge down 4) re-apply 1, 2, and 3 on that image changing horizontal to vertical and vice-versa RE: Playing with one my long-forgotten scripts - Ofnuts - 11-05-2016 Another usage: symmetrize peoples' faces. The result is a bit more natural than just flipping one side.
