There is already a PDF of more than 1000 pages made from the online GIMP doc over here > https://gimp.linux.it/www/meta/gimp-help-2.10-en.pdf

Thanks! Now I can search straightforwardly, instead of clicking through a pyramid of links.
Too bad that pdf differs from the doc at https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/ .
The converters I've found process only a few pages or only the displayed page.
