You can download the .xcf and change layers to your liking.
UID is actual uid on gimp-forum just prepended with zeros for fun.

... but no, it's was a proposition from there > http://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=10248 and it's many years I use it as icon launcher in my distro instead of "Wilber"
