iracing gradient

Hi. 
Im edit iracing template. I have one question about gradient tool from black to white:
Import to GIMP: psd
Edit: .xcf
Export in to tga
There are you can see a few purple mistakes:


Is there eny idea, what Im doing wrong?

You have to be more explicit on how you applied the gradient:

• separate layer, if so which blend mode?
  
• directly on the layer, if so which tool mode?
  
• was there a selection (and if so how was it obtained)?
  

Can you post the picture before you applied the gradient?

Why are you blaming Gimp? If the gradient on the template is gray (you can check with the Pointer tool, or post the template) then the problem is with the 3D rendering. Maybe the purple things are reflections (though their periodicity doesn't make that too likely).

I do not blaming anyone. Yust want to reslove the problem. Maby there is an tradingpaints renderung problem. Il try with another paint prigram. Thx.

Let's say that so far there is little evidence that the problem is with Gimp.
