Tutorial problem.

Hello, I was following the tutorial section (https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/) and I clicked on "making a circle-shaped image" and it was nowhere to be found (https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/%7Bfilena...e/index.md). 

Any help as to where I can find the tutorial is appreciated.

Looks like a mal-formed url

try: https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/CircleImage/

basically:
Layer  menu -> Transparency -> Add alpha Channel
Make an elliptical (circular) selection. 
Selection menu -> Invert
Edit menu -> Cut
