download the 7z archive, unpack use fourier-0.4.3_64bits_Win
put fourier.exe & libfftw3-3.dll in your plugins folder

télécharger l'archive 7z, décompresser utiliser fourier-0.4.3_64bits_Win
mettre fourier.exe & libfftw3- 3.dll dans votre dossier de plugins Pourrait

No problem, a big download for just that plugin.  Just the fourier files, Zipped and attached.
