Ticket to Ride Bretagne - Fan extension

Hello to all,

Several years in the making, but here it is: A [/url][url=https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jm2kSaTWtuxFr4qLb_PT28zMovDvyS9b]fan extension of the board game Ticket to Ride. 

   

This was possible because Gimp exists and I am very grateful for that.

I am also grateful for the help received from Ofnuts, rich2005 and Kevin regarding the Gimp scripts to format the name of the cities.

If I may nitpick, the archipelago off Concarneau is spelled "Les Glénan" (no "S") (because it is a short form of "Iles de Glénan") , "Les Glénans" (with a "S" being the name of the sailing school that established its first bases there).

Kudos for the annexation of the Channel Islands and the Mont-Saint-Michel.

Thank you for this information! Yes, even people who live nearby didn't notice. I will correct that in the next version.

There are indeed some cities that are outside of Bretagne. They were there in an attempt to create another variant, but it did not work out in the end and I kept the cities on the map

This has worked well for several people. What web browser do you use?

Firefox 99 (not the snap) on Ubuntu-MATE 20.04

google drive is making the zip on the corner of the browser, once it has finished, nothing is happening

This is strange, once you click on download, it should prepare the download and then download automatically (as least on Chrome or Brave).

Have you try downloading only one of the subfolder / files?

Thanks, but today it worked just fine on google drive (go figure out), thus I downloaded it and took a quick look.

First thought if I may, Bretagne in English is called Brittany, you might want to update the English version (sadly I would add, and the names you did put on English speaking websites   )

Having said that, it's a pretty game, well done!

That would be two changes because in English the island of Ouessant is called "Ushant".

I actually thought about using the Breton names of the cities, but finally kept all the names in their French version (both for French & English versions).
Might challenge this approach in a future version.
