Gimp is trying to run the HTML/PNG files that were in the ZIP. Just erase them or move them elsewhere
You have plug-ins copied to both the Gimp installation (F:\Programma\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\) and your profile (C:\Users\gebruiker\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins\)
No fatal error I can see, if this is the whole console Gimp should normally appear in another window
check!
check!
unfortunately GIMP does not run, no matter how long I wait A bug?
Is there a Gimp instance running already? Do you see something in the process manager?
Nothing happens, it stays there, 0 % CPU. No gimp ever opens

If you remove your plugin, what happens? It looks like some plugin (yours or something else, possibly something not even a plugin) is not returning after Gimp makes it run to register.
I assume this is still Gimp 2.10? (you other posts mention Gimp2.99, so that could be another reason).

I removed all plugins: no difference
I only use gimp 2.10 now because I use your plugins.
I go to gimp 3 if you go too, hihi

So, you removed all the plugins, and Gimp no longer starts?
GIMP starts but not gimp-console. It gives exactly the same errors and then stops. I don't know if gimp-console should run gimp too?
I don't know what it is supposed to do
