If desperate, one way is get the plugin from a Gimp 2.8 installation and put in the Gimp 2.10 profile, plugins folder. C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins

Attached is the 64 bit plugin blinds.exe Remember to unzip it

For those who wonder what it is looks like this Win10 64 bit Gimp 2.10.2 https://i.imgur.com/AxkX9mV.jpg

I just discovered while in Gimp that if you hit forward slash / a small search box comes up, type in blinds then double click result..not sure if this has been posted before but hope it helps.. (a few years late)

Same for Maximum RGB, which should disappear in GIMP 2.99 or 3.0, blinds can be done another way with native GIMP's tool, but max rbg other than the @afre's Query Primary in G'MIC, I don't really see a quick one click solution with native GIMP tool..

PixLab: Sorry I'm just seeing this, but I ported MaxRGB to work in GIMP 2.99/3.0 a while back. It was then moved into the extra's repository: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp-data...type=heads

Will it do max and minimum RGB?

In all case thank you, I don't want to be pessimistic but it seems that it will stay in the "extra" Sad
