are "layer effects" and Heal selection plugins work with gimp 2.10, any one succeed to run this 2 particular plugins or"scripts ?

For me:
The Resynthesizer (Heal Selection) installed and works without problems. Downloaded from here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/gwc928wmwt..._32_64.zip The Layer Effects installs without problems. But the Colour Picker doesn't work for the Windows/.py combination. So some items can't be used.
