Did you upgrade from a previous, Gimp 2.8 version? There are probably old files left over or copied from C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8
Gimp 2.10 uses a hidden folder 'Appdata' if you need to unhide this see:

then check / delete contents of C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins
Yes, my previous version was 2.8. I found the AppData folder and the gimp plugins folder. Should I delete all of what’s in it? My latest download of G’Mic is in there. Could I leave that and delete the dll files below it?
