Reinstalling 2.10.8 doesn't help.

See previous post, 32 bit installation is still broken.

At time of writing the latest is gimp-2.10.8-setup-1.exe maybe the next one will work

Want to go back to 32 bit Gimp 2.8.6

So far gimp-2.10.8-setup.exe has done what I've needed it to anyway, so unless that stops being true maybe I'll forget about it until 2.10.9 arrives.
