How to get rid of color splash on color table?

Thank you both so much ^_^ I had ended up just going to Edit>Preferences>Window Management and doing "Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values" & restarting but I will try that if it happens again
Can't imagine why anyone would want their colors distorted like that to begin with lol |
