Could someone send me the Liquid Rescale files?

It is not a working liquidrescale plugin that is the problem. More bugs (or maybe the same one as before) with Gimp 2.10.16 / 18

And it fails to install...back to Gimp 2.10.14 / 12 for you until the devs have it fixed.
