Free-handed/Path-tool selection/inverse selection does not work

With the pixel lock off and an alpha channel added should go like this: https://i.imgur.com/iJTRACc.mp4
An alternative, is copy the selection and paste as a new image. That will work even with pixel lock on : https://i.imgur.com/sNRSe4Y.mp4 |
