Clone Tool Not Working

Something amiss somewhere, the ctrl key is generally a modifier, changes modes when using a select tool / colour picks when using a paint tool / toggles modes with the path tool and AFAIK that should be the function of the cmd key in a Mac. On its own does nothing. What menu does it bring up? |
