How do i fix this sprite sheet problem?

You replace 3 frames by 3 others that are awfully similar so the animation could be hard to notice.

Gimp isn't adding secrets bytes in the PNG and it doesn't know that the image is a sprite sheet. If the PNG is OK in an image viewer then the problem is elsewhere.
