It happened to me when posting the second 'Guide', and discovered it only when somebody clicked the link on this forum and I got a (belated) email from Google requesting my agreement to the download.
I hardly ever share anything through my Google account, so it took me a while to realise that
* apparently, the defaults when sharing through a link have changed, or
* the option to give access to 'anybody with this link' has gone a layer deeper, or both.
If the poster really means it, wait a while until he notices the trouble, and changes the configuration.
(Ideally, one should always try one's own link after posting it, but we are human )
