Checking how ofn-enclosing-circle behaved in some complex cases I gave it a shot against a path of the coastline of Ireland. There was a bug with a very tiny island in the southwest that wasn't included because the corresponding stroke had a single anchor. That wasn't Skellig Michael (which is so small it's not in the original SVG) but that was pretty darn close.

Must be a sign.
