I finally got this version of it working in Gimp 2.10.24. And I don't even understand French.
I have been looking for this plugin. I remember I had it and I used it back when ever it was, but I've chanced computer couple of times since then, and all kindsa stuff was lost in the process.
To me it's kinda odd that Gimp ( and pretty much every image manipulator except Photoshop ) doesn't seem to have a tool that could change the blur radius by picking values from an alpha channel, layer, or depth map. The new Focus Blur in the latest version gives some hope though...
