The results of what I was trying to do.
Pretty simple really.

To explain, if you are not familiar; the Alaska State flag is basically the Big Dipper and the North Star on a field of dark blue.  
Big Dipper = constellation of Ursa Major (if you follow the "edge" of the Big Dipper's pan it points to the North Star)
North Star = the star Polaris 

The curve or arc of the Big Dipper's panhandle directs you to the star called, Arcturus.
In astronomy-speak, "follow the arc to Arcturus".

Arcturus is in the constellation of Bootes (the herdsman).

Long story short; I wanted to replicate the Alaska state flag but include the constellation Bootes that is next to it.
The two larger represented stars being the North Star and Arcturus. 

So, this is what resulted:
