Can you give a few more details. I cannot see any diiference between Gimp 2.8.22 https://i.imgur.com/hFTY5Xj.jpg and Gimp 2.10.30 https://i.imgur.com/aDrX0Tz.jpg
The button top left just toggles the scaling factor when the Gimp window is resized sorry wrong left Wink...and I am guessing that is not what you mean. Gimp Logo ?? You mean the Image Tab ??
