Filters in Gimp

Hello. Welcome. Allow me to suggest that, contrary to what you may have read or been told, GIMP is not a Photoshop clone or direct replacement. Currently, "Plastic wrap" seems to be a specific PS filter and "Sketch" is a PS filter category. GIMP has its own filters, scripts and plug-ins to be explored.
