This tutorial section is not large, go back to page 7 and work back, for anything that interests you. The problem I found with making tutorials is most basic stuff has been done (and done again and again and...) These days I might make something specific for a forum member.
There are plenty old and new on youtube, New is not always best, plenty with self-promotion, verbose bs and little actual Gimp content.
For non-video, reasonably up-to-date worth checking this site: https://www.mora-foto.it/en/tutorials-gi...rials.html It does lean towards Photo Editing but the basics are there.
