Some time since I tried out separate+ It was for Gimp 2.6 - barely worked with Gimp 2.8 and does not work with Gimp 2.10 I cannot remember that "Apply abstract profile" filter. For anyone interested it works something like this:
In the zip is a folder abstract-profiles containing L_invert.icc old_photo.icc Red&Black.icc Red&Green.icc
Put those .icc files in C:Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color and re-start Windows to take effect.
Now you can use that filter to apply the profile: https://i.imgur.com/DnbokdP.mp4

That is the 64 million euro question. At the moment, I do not know. The four icc's describe themselves as Lab colour space. Not RGB for Gimp to use and not CMYK for the Cyan plugin.
Needs investigation
However, it is very like the g'mic plugin color-presets filters

Edit: Not tried but Rawtherapee has a icc creator https://rawpedia.rawtherapee.com/ICC_Profile_Creator
and a long read on abstract profiles: https://rawpedia.rawtherapee.com/Color_M...t_Profiles
