Trying to open reinstalled GIMP, without success

You will have to update to the latest Windows gmic-qt plugin http://www.gmic.eu   All the old filters + plenty new filters included. The gmic plugin is constantly changing. Do not expect old gmic versions to work with Gimp 2.10.32

OK, awesome! ^_^ I'll go download the new GIMP, then. :-) Hopefully, it won't make my computer crash this time!  And thanks to all of you for your help!
