probably the version of libintl.8.dylib or libintl.9.dylib has changed with Gimp 2.10.34 you could ask the Gimp devs - they make the Mac Gimp

Thank you, that is the instructions I followed. Oh, well, if I need the filter I can just use the clone tool, just not as convenient.

As a followup, I have 2.10.32 installed along side 2.10.34 and it works perfectly on that version, so your observation is spot on. Thank you
