We already do... What you have seen is the tip of the iceberg, the few that passed all the defenses, about one per day (89 since January 1st) or 30/month. This pretty much the same as what we had over the last 9 months:

Under the water, it is 10k-20K spamming attempts/month that are outright rejected and that only appear as a line in the database.
So our defenses are IMHO quite efficient, and before I harden them, the other side of the coin is legit users who can't register for whatever reason (we also get irate or timid mails on the admin mailbox), so I have to strike a balance.
