So yesterday, GIMP was acting normal. When I scaled it, it would let me move it in all directions.
Now it's acting really weird. When I move an image while scaling, it only lets me move it in a few directions, but when I hold down Shift,
everything is normal and it lets me move it in all directions.
I tried reinstalling GIMP, but it didn't work.
Maybe someone can find a way for me to move it in all directions PERMENANTLY.
