Yeah, as previous post. Making sure they work with a samj - portable. The only one I have unpacked is Gimp 2.10.32 

Unzip the attached, put the blinds.exe and tiles-small.exe in your samj-portable preferences / plugins folder.

Blinds registers in Filters -> Distorts and Small Tiles in Filters -> Map
