GIMP not utilizing NVIDIA GPU on Manjaro Linux

I compiled it and it generated both GIMP 2.10 and 2.99, but neither of them work with prime-run.

Just a reminder, I'm on Manjaro. I'll try on Ubuntu or some Debian derivative.
