Creating multiple image cell frames

Hello again everyone!

Believe it or not I am trying to learn GIMP on my own but I still struggle with simple things.

I would like to go from this

   

to this
   


and save 120 image frames from Tron1 to Tron2.

I am certain that it can be done with some of ofnuts' scripts but I could not get what I wanted
